Beat Stress - Be healthy & beautiful

Your skin is the reflection of our inner beauty and mental health. Be it at home, at the workplace, in relationship stress is everywhere. It eats into the mind, body and soul.

Stress triggers skin conditions are like Acne, wrinkles, dark circles, Pigmentation and also hair falls. The skin looks tired and ages pots more obvious. Dark circles and eye bags appear under the eyes and the eyes look tired and puffy, the skin looks pale and flushed.
How to get rid off this...

·        Address the source of stress and take good care of your body. Eat better, sleep well and set aside a particular time of the day for relaxation.

·        Do not skip meals. A balanced diet and proper eating habits help to keep the mind and body working actively and provides nourishment to the skin as well.

·        Sleep well. Adequate amount of sleep can recharge the body. A calming massage, warm shower or even drinking warm milk before retiring for the night can induce sleep.

·        Exercise is one great stress buster. It relaxes the mind as well as tones the body. So hit the gym if u can. A simple walking exercise can also work wonder as it soothes and help you to get out of the stress mode.


·        Take out some time just for yourself. Set aside at least 15 to 30mins in a day exclusively for yourself. Indulge in any hobby, read a good book, take out time for gardening, practice meditation, take a walk all by yourself.

These exercises will rejuvenate you and help you to get over the stressful situation effectively.


Life sure can be stressful at times but there is so much more to life than to lead a strained and edge life. So go ahead, take a deep breath, meditate, relax and keep stress at bay.
